Fort Wayne’s first airport, and one of the countries oldest surviving airports, Smith Field is the headquarters to Sweet Aviation. At Smith Field we provide services such as maintenance, charter, detailing, aircraft rentals, and robust flight training including our ground schools and where we have our instrument rating ground school.
Smith Field Airport is situated on 236 acres of land approximately five miles north of downtown Fort Wayne and serves Northeast Indiana’s general aviation community.
