Alinea features a single, seasonally-driven tasting menu of between 18 and 22 courses, living up to its “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey” rating. • Flyout: Experience the Northeast

    10/06/2019

We’ll start our week with lunch on the Toronto Islands and explore the French Canadian connection in downtown Montreal before resting our heads at a breathtaking 19th-century hotel. The next two days on Prince Edward Island are yours to fill with relaxation, hiking, museums, theatre, and more. Be the first in the US to experience the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain in Bar Harbor, Maine or sleep in at the cozy Grand Hotel. Explore Acadia National Park or head downtown in search of New England’s best lobster roll or clam chowder.

From Bar Harbor, we kick it up a notch when we visit our friends at Mike Goulian Aviation. Mike is a Red Bull Air Race-winning, air show-flying, Cirrus Training Center-owning pilot among pilots! Fly with him in his 2-seat Extra 330LX, see his airshow routine from the front seat, and try your hand at basic through unlimited aerobatic maneuvers. Then cap the exhilarating day off by venturing into downtown Boston for some historically good times.

Before heading home, we’ll make a final overnight stay at Niagara Falls. With a postcard view of the falls, your room is sure to delight. And we’ll all gather for a group photo in front of the falls to commemorate the cross country adventure.
