Private Pilot Flight Training
Obtaining a Private Pilot certificate allows the pilot to fly with passengers in visual weather conditions during both day and night hours for pleasure. Call today to take an Introductory Flight for only
Prerequisites
  1. At least 17 years of age when finished with training.
  2. At least a 3rd class medical certificate prior to solo.
  3. Ability to read, speak, write and understand English.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 40 hours of total flight time to include:
    • 20 hours dual instruction
    • 10 hours solo
    • 3 hours solo cross-country flight
    • 3 hours night
    • 3 hours instrument
    • 3 hours flight test preparation within 60 days of the test.
  2. Pass the FAA written (knowledge) test.
  3. Pass the FAA practical (flight) test.
